It All Depends on YOU : Mark Twain and Mississippi River Version

Instructions:

This game is designed to evaluate the student’s knowledge on a specific topic. This game is a mini-version of a form of academic competition. The class will be divided into 4 teams, each consisted of 2~3 members. Each team will be supplied with pencils and index cards.
There will be questions given to them by one of the judges. The students will have 20 seconds to think and write down the answer. As soon as they are done writing the answer, they can raise their hands, and one of the judges will go and check their answer. If the answer is correct, the team will get the points. If it is incorrect, the team will be deducted 1 point. If the answer is incomplete, it would be understood as an omitted question. Each question, only one answer is to be submitted per team.

There are three different types of questions. There are true and false questions, fill in the black questions, and short answer questions. The true and false questions are worth 1 point, fill in the black questions are worth 2 points, and short answers are worth 4 points. The questions will be repeated only once. There are 15 questions in total, and the team with the most points will win.

Tiebreaker exists, because this is a game where people don’t have to compete to get the chance to answer the question. One representative from each team would be asked to come up and they will be answering a question with the same method. If both of the representatives still get the same points, then they will be given one final question. Two representatives will stand on each side of the wall and will be asked to pick up the object in the middle of the classroom to get the change to answer the question.

There will be a grand prize! awarded to the winning team.
